Water Is Life Cruise Excursion

We will set sail on Carnival’s Celebration of the Seas for a 7-Day voyage on the Eastern Caribbean Seas. Leaving from Miami, Florida: Visiting Ports include St. Thomas-Virgin Islands, San Juan-Puerto Rico, Celebration Key-The Bahamas. You may still reserve your cabin with a full deposit by October 15th. Cabins will sell out fast, so don't delay. Reserve or book your cabin today by submitting a full deposit of $300 for single occupancy or $150 per/person for double occupancy . SOF CORE's 2026 International Culture Festival

This event will be held virtually on September 19, 2026 between 12:00 PM & 6:00 PM. It will be an extraordinary event that the entire family will enjoy. Special highlights will be Traditional Indigenous Dancers, Singers and Drummers, International Artists, Vendors and fun activities for the entire family.

Native American Festival and Summit

This event will be held virtually on November 21, 2026 between 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM. It will be an extraordinary event that the entire family will enjoy. Special highlights will be Traditional Indigenous Dancers, Singers and Drummers, International Artists

Remembering Our Ancestors of Middle Passage Commemoration 

This event will take place in 2027 at Foundry Park in York, PA between the hours of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Libations will be poured in honor of our ancestors. This event will also feature a drummers circle and spoken word. The date of this event will be announced in January of 2027.

Cost is $155 per vendor space/table


All vendors receive pre-event promotions at no extra cost. This is WAIP's way of saying thank you for facilitating our efforts to foster community between our indigenous nations throughout the world and raise awareness about social and economic issues that plague our communities. In providing pre-event promotions on our monthly livestreams we hope to help generate pre-sales for the vendors that participate in our events.

By filling out this form and providing your electronic signature your agree to the following terms: 

  • Merchant/ Retail/ Product Vendors agrees to remit non-refundable $150 vendor registration fee.

  • Merchant/ Retail/Product Vendors grants The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples permission to charge the credit card provided herein. Refusal to sign this form may result in the denial of your vendor application.

  • Merchant/ Retail/ Product Vendors wanting to vend at our private event during the Water Is Life Cruise Excursion must purchase a cruise package on Carnival's Sunrise from Miami to Florida Sept 6th - 11th, 2025. (Please visit www.waip-inc.org/events to do so. Submitting your Vendor's application and fee does not guarantee your ability to book your cabin. Therefore, we urge you to book your cabin as soon as possible because the ship has already begun to sell out in certain sections. )



AGREED AND ACCEPTED

The undersigned agrees to follow all rules, expectations and provisions set forth within "SOF CORE's International Culture Festival EXPO" and the "Water Is Life Cruise Excursion". In addition, the individual applicant and/or members, partners, associates of the organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless The World Alliance of Indigenous peoples, Inc. (also known as WAIP, Inc.). or any applicant, members, partners, associations aligned with WAIP, Inc. and/or  Carnival Cruise Line and their agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising from any circumstances during any of the three events mentioned in this paragraph.
